Kicking Cajun Cabbage

                                                                                                                        





½ lb. sliced bacon, diced
1 small head cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 t garlic powder

1t Cajun seasoning
3/4 t salt
1/2 t ground mustard

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Drain on a paper towel.
Reserve 1 T bacon drippings.
Stir-fry cabbage in drippings for 5-10 minutes.
Add garlic powder, Cajun spice, salt, mustard and bacon.
Cook and stir until tender.
