Psalm 51:3-4

        and my sin is ever before me. 

    [4] Against you, you only, have I sinned

        and done what is evil in your sight,

    so that you may be justified in your words

        and blameless in your judgment.

2 large bone in skin on chicken breast 

Salt 

Lemon pepper seasoning 

Olive oil

Grease chicken with oil

Season to your taste 

Add Mushrooms and Onions in a pile beside chicken 

Roast on foil lined pan

Preheated 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes until chicken is 165 degrees

Tent with foil for 10 minutes before serving
