10 inch casserole pan sprayed well with non stick
2 c crushed regular potato chips, set aside
2 medium sweet onions, sliced thin with mandolin ( I did mine on #2 setting) separated into rings
2 c cheese ( I used Gouda and Hoop)
Liquid soup mixture
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1/8 c BBQ sauce
1 t Cajun seasoning
Mix with fork
Layers
1/2 of Onions
Crushed chips
Other half of onions
Cheeses
Top with liquid soup mixture
Cover with non stick sprayed foil
Soup will melt down over onions and cheese
Preheat Air Fryer 3 min
Air fry 350 degrees for 50 minutes
