Oven Roasted Pork Butt Slices with Onions

































Psalm 148:13


    [13] Let them praise the name of the LORD,

        for his name alone is exalted;

        his majesty is above earth and heaven.




Cook time 2 hrs

Oven setting 325 degrees

Dutch oven and lid

Ramekin

Small plate 


Season pork butt slices with your fave steak seasoning 

In a gallon zip lock dry marinate overnight


Water

Onion

Fill Dutch oven with water to half way up the side of ramekin 

Ramekin needs to be in middle

Add a quartered large onion around the ramekin 

Add plate to top of ramekin 

Add seasoned pork butt slices to plate 

Place lid on

While oven preheats, bring Dutch oven to a light boil

This gets a head start on cooking

Pork temp should be 190-200 degrees

So tender 

So insanely delicious
