Ground Chicken Chili Dog Sauce

Psalm 129:4

    [4] The LORD is righteous;

        he has cut the cords of the wicked.

1-1/2 lb ground chicken 

3 c water

1/8 c BBQ sauce or ketchup

1 t hot sauce

1 chopped small onion

1 t salt

1/2 t coarse black pepper 

1 t onion powder 

1 t Worcestershire sauce

1/2 t smoked paprika 

Pinch of sugar

2 T chili powder

2 T tomato paste

Mash ground chicken with potato masher

Cover with water

Bring to boil

Add seasonings, ketchup Worcestershire sauce and onion

Simmer till water is almost cooked out

Add tomato paste to thicken

Freeze in small containers 

Serve on hot dogs topped with cheese and onion

Freezes great!
