Hot Hot Beef and Chicken with Spinach and Bell Pepper

1 Thigh meat Chicken 

1 Tenderloin steak cut into strips 

Cut chicken into small pieces

Put in ziplock with marinade

Marinate 2 hours or overnight 


Marinade

1/4 c Chinese BBQ sauce

1/8 c dark Soy


Pkg ramen noodles cook and set aside, discard seasoning pkg


1/4 c heavy cream for finishing 


Cooking

1 Green Bell pepper cut into strips

1 Onion cut into slices 

2 c fresh baby spinach 

1 T roasted Garlic

1 T pickled Ginger

1/2 t Red pepper flakes 

1 t olive oil

Stir fry veggies in oil

Using tongs, add meat to veggies, discard marinade 

Stir fry until done 

Add drained ramen

Add cream and twist into noodles

Add salted roasted red peanuts
