Fresh Cranberry Salad

 

 

 

Hebrews 8:10

    [10] For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel

        after those days, declares the Lord:

    I will put my laws into their minds,

        and write them on their hearts,

    and I will be their God,

        and they shall be my people.

1 pkg. fresh cranberries, picked and washed

2 apples, peeled, sliced and chopped

1 c celery 

1 c pineapple tidbits, drained and chopped

1-1/2 c sugar

1 c toasted pecans

Add cranberries to processor and grind. 

Place in mixing bowl. 

Add celery and pineapple to processor and pulse a few times.

Add to bowl.

Pulse pecans a few times.

Add to bowl.

Chop apples to your desired size.

I used Tango apples.

Add to bowl along with sugar.

Mix to incorporate.
