Tinfoil Chicken and Pasta

Double layer of heavy duty tin foil

Sheet pan 

Set aside



2 c Rotisserie chicken breast, shredded 

2 c left over cooked pasta shells or bow tie 


Sauce

1/4 c spreadable cream cheese

1/4 c Sauvignon Blanc 

1/4 c chicken stock

1/2 stick melted butter

2 T roasted mashed garlic

1 Diced Shallot

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 t sugar

3 T Italian three cheese blend 

Pinch salt and pepper 

Mix well

Add chicken and pasta to foil

Pour sauce over chicken and pasta

Seal 

Bake 350 in air Fryer for 20-25 minutes
