Mexican Honey Jalapeño Slaw

Psalm 27:7-8

    [7] Hear, O LORD, when I cry aloud;

        be gracious to me and answer me! 

    [8] You have said, “Seek my face.”

    My heart says to you,

        “Your face, LORD, do I seek.”

An ej original recipe!!

2 c Shredded cabbage 

1 c chopped green onions

1/8 c chopped cilantro 

1/2 or more of a Jalapeño, seeded, ribbed, diced 

1/4 c olive oil

1/2 lime, juiced

1 T roasted garlic

1 heaping T honey or more to taste

1 t toasted cumin

1 t oregano 

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and sit in fridge for an hour!
