2 c Rotisserie chicken, pulled or chopped
1 T Pesto
1/2 c Sour cream
1 can Chicken soup
Salt and pepper
Topping
1/2 c Manchego Cheese
1/2 c Panko
1/2 Fried onions, crushed
Mix casserole ingredients together and place in a 13x9 pan.
Add topping.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
