White Chocolate Mocha Latte Pecan Pie

2 regular pie shells
3 eggs
1 c sugar 
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c Karo syrup
1/4 c melted butter, cooled
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t bourbon

White chocolate chips scattered loosely on bottom of pie shell after it has been pricked with a fork.
3 Dove white chocolate mocha swirls candies, per pies, chopped, sprinkled over the white chocolate.
Set aside.

Beat eggs and sugar with a whisk.
Stir in Karo, butter, cinnamon and bourbon.
Add pecans.
Divide half of the mixture between the two pie shells.

Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
Lower heat to 325 and bake 20 minutes more. 
If pie are browning too much, cover loosely with foil.
Cool before serving.
