Pound sausage, I used Tennessee Pride
4 c shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c milk
1/2 t fresh rosemary, chopped
1 1/2 t fresh parsley, chopped
Preheated 350 degree oven
make I inch balls
bake 20-25 min
