2 small pork butts
2 qt Water
1/2 Kosher Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Honey
3/4 c Molasses
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Apple Cider vinegar
Bring to boil, cool down with ice, pierce butts and soak for 2 days, in fridge, then smoke.
